Adults
Steve Potter has been teaching the Sunday morning adult Bible class at FCC for over 13 years. Steve says he is committed to in-depth Bible study “because I think it is important that Christians know the Word of God and know it well.” Steve tackles the difficult passages of Scripture, hoping to bring understanding into people’s lives. He desires that we would become strong Christians and learn to live as God wants us to in the world through deep, book-by-book study of the Bible.

Beginning

Young Adults
This class is designed for the college-aged and young adults, as well as any other adults who are young at heart. Taught by Aaron Aldridge, each lesson is topical and is typically discussion-based, giving everyone a chance to participate. Topics focus on the basics of Christianity and are geared toward both new and mature believers. This class will help both types of disciples to better understand their faith and will equip them to share their faith with others.

Teens
The high school and junior high youth class is taught by Jenette Aldridge. Typically, each lesson involves a small amount of lecture and a lot of discussion. We just finished a study of Luke and will be digging into a new study soon. Breakfast is also a staple feature of this class, as Jenette feels that people think better when they have something to eat. Plus, she just loves to bring “her children” food and enjoys the fellowship time with them. Come and check us out!

Elementary
Mrs. Cindy’s 3rd-6th grade class is currently studying stories in the Bible about Peter and Paul, two men who were church leaders just after Jesus rose from the dead. Mrs. Cindy’s class does lots of drawings and Bible stories, and every holiday they make a craft. Twice a year, this class has a game day and a family lunch at CiCi’s Pizza, by Jungle Jim’s in Fairfield. It is Mrs. Cindy’s goal that every student knows most of the major Bible stories after a year in her class.

Nursery
Tammy Renner makes sure that every week there is a responsible adult or older teenager available to care for children less than 3 years old. Our newly remodeled nursery is a clean, safe, well-equipped and responsibly staffed environment for children, with necessary hygiene items and TOYS!
